Our psychologists and provisional psychologists possess a diverse range of experience and backgrounds. This breadth of expertise ensures we are able to identify and assist with clinical and learning issues ranging from childhood through to adulthood. We regularly diagnose and deal with complex issues with care and professionalism.

For example, our counselling incorporates a combination of therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT). We understand every individual is unique and take the most appropriate parts of these proven approaches to tailor our treatments.

Flexible – we can come to you
We can provide services in both clinical settings and around the Sydney metropolitan area. Travelling from our office in Ramsgate, we service the Northern Beaches, Katoomba, Wollongong and everywhere in between, reaching populations around the region which may not have otherwise had access to psychological services. We also have strong relationships with schools and organisations around Sydney. Our psychologists can visit schools and get programs up and running quickly.
Our flexibility is also advantageous for our work with foster children and their carers. We provide contracting services to Out of Home Care organisations, in our office, in non-clinical settings or the school environment. Our ability to take these children outside of a clinical environment, such as to kick a ball, really resonates well for them. When children move within the Sydney region our psychologists can continue to see them, providing greater stability.

Our goal is to help individuals, families and carers reach their full potential. This involves not only working directly with the client, but also parents, schools and the broader support network. With our ability to travel across Sydney, we have an opportunity to help schools and parents genuinely connect with students and provide them with the support and services they need.
