Rachel Dang is a provisional psychologist passionate about mental health’s vital role in overall wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and a Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University. Rachel offers assessments and counselling to Concepts Psychology’s clients across their lifespan. She loves being able to provide a safe place for clients to communicate their experiences without fear of judgement.
Before joining the team, Rachel completed a placement at Macarthur Children’s Developmental Clinic working in a transdisciplinary setting with children diagnosed with autism. She also has experience with the research side of psychology. She volunteered as a research intern in 2019 on the Watch Me Grow for Real Project at Liverpool Hospital.
Rachel is training to become a facilitator for the Westmead Feelings Program. In her spare time, you will find Rachel sampling new foods, hitting up walking trails, exploring out of the way places and spending time with friends and family.
